Are there any hard drives detected or is it just indicating that the other connections do not have hard drives attached? If the BIOS is indicating that the other connections have nothing connected that is normal, unless you actually do have something connected. I suspect that is the case with your system. The BIOS will scan the IDE and SATA connections (and other adapter cards like SCSI or RAID) looking for any attached drive to enumnerate to the operating system boot loader. If you are booting, then it is probably okay.
