Maybe if they were a media or communications company, but they are not. Perhaps if you are a professional photographer yourself, you overestimate the importance of the blunder.

As a health care professional, I will be more concerned if they screw up in medicine.......the field they are actually in.

Edit: They need to look professional to practitioners and researchers in the field of medicine, who will use different standards to judge them.
