I find yahoo inadequate for even the most basic of research. Try nasdaq or your brokerage site for up to date info.

You will find that even a few weeks after the offering yahoo will continue to display the previous amount of outstanding shares thus showing a lower marketcap and giving investors a false impression of an undervalued stock.
