** VTPI - this 70 million volume over last 2 days IS the DUMP...

PSC was hired to generate volume for company to sell into, not price increase...

Unfortunately...the only way this runs is if they manage to get 100+ million volumes going, by discovering a cure for cancer...

I personally hate these kind of devastating promo outfits....
