My point is that there are those on this board who are lamenting the fact that the strat isn't up and ready to go for this event. Even though there are technologies which are cheaper and available to be used at this time.

Why would the strat be the worlds "ace in the hole" if there are already technolgies out there that do it just as well and cheaper to boot?

In light of these facts, there is absolutely no gauruntee that the strat will be anything that anyone even wants for this type of situation....even IF SNSR does get one to a marketable state.

There might be other situations where it may be of use. That is something which will have to be decided when (and if) they get one finished and tested.
