Heydude,

I already posted a link to a company that has a product ready to provide the communications needed.

It has already been tested.

The US Airforce is apparently already using some of their products.

The product that was tested last November could easily be used for disaster situations such as the one in Haiti.

I'm not saying that the strat might not have a place to be used (if they ever get one to a marketable stage), but the point is there are other technologies presently available.
