Hey Boss, I only mentioned the seminars cause I still believe that AIM works just fine cause you got the right horse. You, Bernie and others have proved this time and time again. I don't think it hurts to further our education on the selection of proper candidates...

The 1st appendix in their 3.0 manual talks about how to filter out the VL screens using "Best Common Sense". While reading, I thought of your Micro/Macro approach to selection. Wouldn't hurt a bit for some of us to read the manual and attend the seminars where ever practical...
