Attorney Hodges is working to identify and release all funds due to the Shareholders as quickly as possible (Shareholders are All Shareholders, not just the Plaintiffs). Attorney Hodges has left no stone unturned to identify all funds and to accomplish what needs to be done to release the funds. Attorney Hodges worked months on the strategy that will get this accomplished. Attorney Hodges understands the Shareholders' situation and the need to get this done. Attorney Hodges has provided as much as he can in his updates without compromising his strategy and without reversing any progress made thus far. There are entities monitoring the activities on the public forums. Some of these entities are not here in the Shareholders’ best interest. Some are trying to derail the process. I accept the blame for posting that Attorney Hodges was taking legal action if the funds are not released to the Shareholders. I posted this to assure the Shareholders that there are those who are working to resolve this injustice and that we were not sitting on our hands. I lost a few tail feathers for doing this. I asked Attorney Hodges if he would provide an update to the Shareholders…an update that would not compromise and would not jeopardize any progress made in getting the funds identified and released as quickly as possible. Since I let it be known what we are trying to accomplish, we have received threats of lawsuits, threats on our safety, ridiculed in public and private, along with Shareholders who overnight became experts on law and negotiations demanding all the details be made public straight away, and Shareholders who are trying to expose and shutdown Attorney Hodges’ contacts.
I understand the emotional let down when a couple of Plaintiffs provided detailed information they received, along with their opinions, when the release of the funds did not occur in the time frame they predicted or were informed. I did not know this information until I read it in the transcript posted on the message boards. I can understand the two Plaintiffs’ excitement in sharing the news with all the Shareholders since it looked like a done deal. I cannot and will not condemn those who have stuck their neck out to provide information to the Shareholders.
I understand the concerns the Shareholders have on whether Attorney Hodges actions are based on information from The World Press or Christopher Story. Attorney Hodges actions are based on Attorney Hodges’ involvement with CMKX, his researched materials, and his contacts ’ information before his contact with Chris Story. As I mentioned earlier, Attorney Hodges left no stone unturned in his investigation to identify and release all funds legally due to the CMKX Shareholders. I do not read the World Report; therefore I have no input on this.
I strongly believe The Legal CMKX Shareholders’ professional attitude and approach are what makes CMKX Shareholders an impressive force, a powerful force, and an influential force. The Legal CMKX Shareholders set the standards. Attorney Hodges is working for us, not against us. Please set the proper standard and allow Attorney Hodges to continue this work in a supportive environment from the Shareholders. Thank you.
