When you read a 13G/13D filing, the figure of consequence is the largest figure that precedes the “%” character anywhere in the file.

By definition, all of the filers of a single 13G/13D are affiliates; the percentage holdings other than the largest one are relevant for legal purposes, but not for investment purposes. Regards, Dew.
