KATX - I cannot see an investor making a capital investment (not a loan) of $5m for 10 cents a share unless they felt VERY comfortable of seeing a MINIMUM of 20 cents return in the short term and no doubt their expectations if all goes well are far, far higher. I see this as being as near to a done deal as can be got. It's a no brainer. Absolutely excellent news. I have to hand it to you, your DD was spot on!
