Possibly, but if we can raise enough stink over this and get the media involved we stand a chance of makeing the investment community aware of his actions. It wouldn't hurt to harm his local integrity among neighbors either. Anything to have him snubbed among people of importance to him. Eventually there will be enough bad karma he won't be able to take a shit without being criticized or chastized.
