Okay people; I don't work at a job, I only trade stock, so I have alot of time on my hands. I am looking for suggestions and I will do all the work.
1. What can be done to put real pressure on DM and the company to get performance?
2. If we can't get performance; what can be done to pressure DM into legal situations which will force his hand, one way or another?
Since I and so many others have lost money to this POS; at this point I would like to see positive things happen with the company and the pps or I want this course of action by DM stopped and the company halted from trading and DM put in prison (if legally possible).
All suggestions would be appreciated. I think its time we the shareholders take action; after all as a shareholder it is my company (I have a significant stake in the outcome) and as I have previously said: I no longer care what the outcome is just so I have difinitive results.
