It clearly states Dr W. Lee's relationship with the Company and it's also clear he cannot publicly comment on such issues, while in the employ of Airtouch... The number given is that of the CFO Stuart Bockler and, as you noted, he can only disclose information that is already public... I believe it's sufficient to make an Investment decision and I am happy to be long at this point... However, If I felt the way you do, I would sell, as investing MUST be FUN, besides making money...
