I say he has a very good point. We need news now not next week.

I will give up a point for accurate information. Let's keep this discussion on task, I have tried to call the [phone] number. The machine is something out of a bad dream. Maybe if you say the right name you get a call. I don't know, there seem to be some here who at least claim to have information that no one else has been able to receive. That is not a good thing, and might well be considered insider information and, if so, be illegal. The new SEC rules are very clear that information must be available to all investors, not just some. So, either these posters are spouting illegal information or they do not have the information they say that they have. Which is better? I tend to think the information source would know the new law and not be giving individuals information that is not in the public domain. If that is the case then the only other option is that there are posters saying they have information that they do not have. How can you know? There is no way. NONE. No way to know if they are truthful or just making it up as they go along.
Don't buy in on greed thinking you will miss the run. If this company is really backed by Dr Lee why wouldn't they boast the fact with his own words, his vision? I would explain his involvement and crow about it. If there are contracts or JVs in China that are income producing, I would acknowledge them and be proud of them. Instead of that, what do we have? No contact information with AccessTel, NONE. I was given the 732 number to call for contact. That is not contact information, it is a joke. A $25.00 answering machine, no company name given and no return phone call. How many companies are using it? If only one, why not say the name of the company. Until I see an 8K, screw the 10Q, it won't be AccessTel, it will be SHPS, I'm not buying blind. Who knows if they can put the financials together from that SHPS POS. That was a bad situation, how can you build a new company on a foundation of sand?

Some here are in, and think you should follow their lead, JUST BECAUSE THIS BABY IS GONNA FLY! Or DR LEE IS INVOLVED. Or any other mantra. Ask yourself, what do I REALLY know, myself. If you are relying an a message board poster for your confidence.... do you know him/her? Ever met him/her? Know where you can met them to slap them on the back or punch them on the nose? If you don't KNOW things, why are you putting your money there?


I have spent a significant amount of time doing DD on this situation. Can say I have NO information, no, I just have information that I can not independently confirm. If this is a real company, they need to start acting like one. So, if I lose a point or two, and can be certain of my investment, well that is just me. Otherwise, it is just a roll of the dice or a lottery ticket. Gambling is not investing. Though sometimes you win on a gamble. And sometimes you don't, just ask F+G about the previous SHPS, he was touting them and rode it, what is his information on this company? What DD has he ever posted about AccessTel? I have asked F+G several questions that he has ignored, and he will ignore this one.

I hope, at some point, the previous company can be removed from this shell and AccessTel will be able to shine the light of information to the investors out here. Has anyone thought that the shell could be the problem? That AccessTel was told they could not make some statements until certain things, like a 10Q and an 8K were filed with the SEC. Does anyone think the SEC was lost in what happened here (SHPS) before?

Long post, I just hate the "buy now boys" who can't answer questions and become defensive when real questions are raised. Why would a board not want to answer basic questions? Unless they don't know. I want to know BEFORE I put my money here, I'll give up a point, will I have to? These things have a way of finding their true worth. What is a tainted shell with an "E" really worth? JMHO
