Let me splain you man. If ZVTK has a 40' container load's
worth of bulbs ready to load and they put other items in
the container first, How many bulbs will be left at the
shipper?
About international shipping, the manufacturer will not load
partial load a container to overseas ship and they wont have
two different consignee's unless someone else was also ordering
bulbs from the manufacturer and they split a shipment. A standard
container load shipment from manufacture. Standard practice on
overseas shipments, One shipper One consignee.
