What? How does a PR prove they are in business?

MLON/PYCT has put out hundreds of PRs and have never had any revenues or done any actual business. That alone invalidates your entire premise.

I can buy a penny stock shell for $50K or less - issue a PR that announced I am producing Flying Pigs - but it doesnt mean I am in business and selling these flying pigs to Hormel.
