Mordicai ... Not sure if this has been discussed but ...

Does the Debtor's Motion to disband the EC prevent the EC & lawyers from getting copies of the initial reorganization plan that is to be submitted on 1/19 or any other confidential information involved in the settlement?

Or is the EC in-the-know until the Judge says otherwise? Wasn't sure if this Motion was a way to buy Weil more time in his negotiations without the EC being privvy to the details.
