I hope the EC attorneys ask for the time of hearing the motion to be shortened. Now that we have representation, I want this raised by the EC attorneys : Weil represents the debtors in bankruptcy. They hire Quinn to fight the adversary in bankruptcy because Weil has a conflict suing JPM. Weil sues the FDIC in D.C. No conflict then. But JPM then intervenes and is granted the intervention. So doesn't this create a conflict in the D.C. case. The fact that there is a stay doesn't eliminate the conflict. I want to see the EC put the pressure on Weil. I have great faith in the EC and believe it guarantees common a recovery!
