If you feel so strong about the issue file the legal action. Nothing prevents you - Oh maybe the $1,240 might because its only classed as a nominal number in most States and Federal Court - Well give it a try - I will look forward to that action LOL.

I think I would come out of retirement to defend that case. But then have at it - we could all use a good laugh.

Most courts in the world are ones of equity - ie damages need to be proven. Would be interested in your legal mind thinking through that one. Please enlighten the less educated.
