Foam......Atmel.

Atmel has two choices.......Bundle Wave's
ESC & CSP as ST Micro did.........OR......
Develop their own software from turn on to
key management to CSP.
The problem Atmel would face developing their
own would be their ESC & CSP would only work
with an NTRU TSS while Wave's works with
an IBM/Infineon/NTRU TSS.This would set them
at a disadvantage to ST Micro & NSM who would
be offering Wave's ESC & CSP as well as other
TPM manufacturers that chose NTRU's TSS &
Wave's ESC & CSP.

I believe Atmel will Licence Wave's ESC &
CSP as well as NSM....it's just a case of
waiting for the announcements imo.......
They will be two more sources of revenue &
the PC OEM relationships thereafter using
ETS will be further sources.......
