VUK, I have a few questions I would appreciate you addressing.

Do not take this personally, but I believe you may have gotten things a bit mixed up, my hope is to convey properly why I believe this, and sugest you revisit with Dr. Fischer for clarification.

Who has a gag order? As noquit mentioned, and I too also believe he is correct that only a judge can do so, not dtcc. DTCC has no legal jurisdiction to issue a gag order, global lock yes but not a gag. Did you mean to say dtcc had a gag order?

I would suggest you call him back and ask that again...perhaps you got the info mixed up, if so it is no biggie, but would be nice to keep the information straight as can be. Also reading what you wrote I do realize you did not definitively say DTCC had a gag order, but your words can easily be interpreted that way.

So if you would please, clarify this, either yourself or with Dr. Fischer please.

Dr. Bruce filed under Aniviron Limited instead of Anviron Holdings.

I also believe you may have this backwards.....the company that filed the divy with finra was Anviron Holdings, not limited as you posted.

We know this because you can go to otcbb.com and do a dividend search and it ahows under anvh which if you look on pinksheets is also listed as holdings not limited...and the divy is also listed under the holdings.

Too save you clicking around I have captured a screenshot of anvh's pinksheets company information page, where you can see the divy listed and the holdings as the anvh name.

Please revisit this question with fischer and update us here.

Nothing personal but that is a very vague statement, and does not really tell us much, if you would please tell us what was verified.

Thank you for your time, and again not trying to call you out ..not at all, just trying to keep things straight here...got enough misinformation it seems lol.

Also, please understand I did go and read your yahoo posts before posting this, in an effort to try and answer these myself, but was not able to do so, seems the info here and there that you have posted is the same.

For everyones sake I highly suggest you call Fischer back and see if maybe some clarification can be had.
