Hi PDAH-

The best parties are within tax-deferred accounts of course, but the party-poopers at the IRS will try to pop some balloons. Keep in mind that withdrawals are taxed at your regular rates NOT capital gains rates. It`s still more fun in an IRA, but not a capital gains orgy.
