The PFOB BK Trustee, Rob Yaquinto, has confirmed to me and to my Father who operates a well-known DFW Hedge Fund, that all previous owners shares are deemed worthless. I think you know I only post facts here after I have done my DD. Just like when we found out the BK had been terminated. He belives the total share count is around 7M and I need to see if he and the T/A were in communications or where that 7M number came form.

I will probably get my rear end chewed, but we also know that the BK had for some time not allowed the rightful shell owner to reverse merge an existing private company. That too was solved yesterday between Mr. Yaquinto and the attorney who is handling both the Performing Brands and Boo Koo filings.

There is a lot that I cannot post that you know about, but I am excited as Tony Romo winning a playoff game.

There will be a Change of Command on the PFOB Shell and there will be reverse merger; sooner than you might think.
