So the BK trustee has told you the only shares of value are the ones that are being traded in the open market, correct? Which is obviously the original float before the BK.


That means all insiders and management's shares are deemed worthless. If that is the case and any of those folks sold those shares since PFOB BK was deemed closed by the BK Trustee (5/21/09); one would assume they would be required to go back into the market and buy those shares back.......

Other scenario.

If their shares are worthless, which it appears they are; the only way they would be able to regain control of this shell is to go directly into the open market and start accumulating ASAP.

We will obviously find out real soon how this will all play out.

It is getting, verrrry, verrrrry, verrrrry interesting.

The great part about this story, there were only 50 million OS.
