Well, Tom has indeed stated that production has not started yet. Perhaps you should inform the company that they should correct the last PR given there's "no way" that they can get them on the shelves when they've stated.

Or are you saying that he's fibbing again?



"Flushaway has got to already be in production as we speak. No other way they can get the products on the shelf by "Early 2010"."
