Im sorry but they've been diluting longer than that. Im aware of material events Im also aware of confidentiality clauses in mediation settlements. Like I said lets see the 8k if and when they file one soon. The big point here is the completion of the NIR litigation and anyone who has a vestede interest in the company should be happy that it is over.
