It just means NITE doesn't want to commit to selling more than 1 share at that price, just in case the stock moves up quickly- they don't want to risk selling "short"
But they will commit to buying 100 shares on the bid. Usually when I see that on big stocks, it means they may be short a few shares, and need to cover on the bid.

NITE could also randomly have decided to only show 1 share for sale at $0.72. there are usually at least 1,000 shares actually there.
Someone else had mentioned it also is an "odd lot", which usually means there aren't that many shares there
