Frank, how can you state that the Company didn't do anything wrong? Didn't the Company state on 3/18/09 that the O/S was
700 million, when in fact it was 1.25 billion on 2/28/09?
If you need a reminder, I will look up some older posts to jolt
your recollection back from your fantasy.

SpongeTech as a company has done nothing wrong. It did not profit from whatever actions occurred. It is possible that some in management did. However, keep in mind that's it's always possible management didn't know they did anything wrong at all and are now learning the importance of quality reporting and controls.

This company has a great future with or without the boys.
