Being an accountant, there has always been questions about what they were doing. This is why we traded around a cent earlier this year. The .28 cents was a little to good to be true and I took some money out but sold less than 25% of my shares.
SpongeTech as a company has done nothing wrong. It did not profit from whatever actions occurred. It is possible that some in management did. However, keep in mind that's it's always possible management didn't know they did anything wrong at all and are now learning the importance of quality reporting and controls.
This company has a great future with or without the boys.
