To answer your questions, I have checked and his house was acquired in March of 2000. His 86 ft. yacht and one of his other boats as well. All on a salary of $50k?? Wish I could pull that one off, that's what I make. And I disagree. Internal relationships are important and relevent to the growth of a company and it's credibility and therefore it is "our (the shareholders) business". These "relationships" can cause a lot of scandal the company can't afford. If he were doing a great job maybe I'd turn a blind cheek,I doubt it. Again it reminds me of the Clinton story, what other "facts" lie undiscovered and unknown that can affect the shareholders and the fate of the company? Look what happened with Ken and Archy Cook. What next? Yes Christy is a great sales person, so is he. Who is selling who is what I want to know? So she knows the product backwards and forwards, after being employed for 3 years there, she should. I know my business too, but that doesn't make me the BEST person for my position. Fortunately I'm not responsible for meeting the sales objectives of an up and coming public company so it's not an issue. People in a position to control so much and affect so many need to be held to a higher standard or at least an honorable one. They need to be accountable for their actions.

As for the vote, the board is comprised of all McBride's closest friends. He didn't choose them for their business experience with public companies, I know that much. How much control does this give him? How many of them are in a position to make objective decisions (beyond his control) about the fate of the company?
