Brettin, I agree with you about the COO...

he impressed me as knowing a great deal about retail markets and a clean cut, wore a sport coat and slacks, professional. He demonstrated the dental came with alot of enthusiasm as did Rich with the secureview. The employees were very supportive and cooperative even though it was obvious from the mass of people there that it was a severe inconvience to have to burn up a saturday in the cold to open up their work areas for the shareholders.

Rich is very laidback and yes he wore kackis and a pony tail. I also noticed many shareholders wearing kackis and pony tails. I don't, but you know, I don't wear shoes with 4 inch sole or bellbotoms either and people seem to accept those as normal dress code.
