Gotinearly summed things up well. Rich did a fine job not only answering the questions as well as possible but also giving SecureView demos all afternoon as part of the tour of the facilities. The multi-camera system is awesome and denta-view was impressive as shown by George Bernardich (COO) who seems like a great guy. All the employees I talked to were eager and very knowledgeable. I confirm opinion of Christy. Rich was very gracious regarding Arch Cook despite knowing that Arch would be making a statement for A&P. I would have to imagine he's getting paid handsomely to do such a thing as Rich spoke of him as a good friend and sorry to see him go. I also wanted to mention Rich said Arch was 65 and he hinted that he was becoming feeble in that they allowed him to take naps during work due to some phyical issues. Rich also mentioned the new PR would likely be out early this week and that he had learned his lesson about being over enthusiastic with the PR's. As of last night, his projections for 2001 revenues from SecureView stand but said he will modify them if he sees a reason to. SecureView's are shipping but they are far from the 3000/day robotic assembly mass production numbers. They are tight on cash but the situation sounds like it's under control in that they are shipping orders, getting paid, and then putting the $ back into production of additional orders. Rich says he can raise funds anytime but feels it's not in the best interest of shareholders to dilute stock. I felt quite satisfied with Rich at the Q&A. He obviously has a firm grasp of the company, the task at hand (filling orders) and what is necessary going forward to make this a dynamic growth company worthy of a much higher stock price. I'm glad Rich is the CEO and want him to continue to be. Those who disagree I don't feel have honestly considered how hard it is to suddenly replace such an important position given all the relationships with employees and the nuances of the company and it's inventions. Rich is an integral part, one might say he's the head corner stone and to remove him would significantly disturb operations at SEVU for a long time. It's also my opinion that he's learned many valuable lessons over the past year and we can expect the company to be run better. He impressed me enough last night to stick with him and give him a second chance. After all it's the products that will make this a great growth company and they are FANTASTIC!!!
