That's very interesting. I'd never seen it before. It could just be a different Harold Engel; probably it's a fairly common name.

"Our" Willy is very definitely a native of Washington State. Maybe he's been to Canada, since he lives right over the border, but I'm guessing that's the extent of his foreign travels.
