If you are trying to flip from $0.0001 to $0.0002 you will get filled when the other sellers get their orders filled first. It is typically first in first out on the sell. Have patience and wait for the next run to get you order filled. Otherwise, there are plenty of bidders lined up to take your shares at $0.0001. But I am not sure why anyone would do that at this point.
