Why did the JBII price go nuts right after they diluted? the a/s share count? Was there a RS somewhere or is this a new company? Only goes back to november I think. thx

These actions were approved on November 6, 2009, by our Board of Directors and a shareholder who holds a majority of our issued and outstanding voting securities. We anticipate an effective date of December 7, 2009, or as soon thereafter as practicable in accordance applicable law, including the Nevada General Corporation Law (“NGCL”).
