righty the DTC chill was implemented after the promised dividend and the subsequent removal of cash from investor accounts.

Here is what a DTC chill is for.

the DTC acts as a clearinghouse for stock exchange securities, settling trades in corporate and municipal securities. If the DTC has cause to be concerned about a specific security currently processed through its system, it may place a "chill" status on the security. This will restrict brokerages' ability to transfer the shares or units of the security through DTC until the security's issues are cleared up or it ceases trading on the market.

The issue was the promised dividend that was never paid. Nor was the issue ever cleared up.

Yep, when the dividend was not paid the chill was put into effect.

One can try and divert and distract all day and night. The contact and the phone number is right there in the notice. I took the time to call months ago. Would you like to call and verify why the chill was put in place or is misleading, misguided and downright false information the name of the game?
