they could have walked away and screwed the shareholders
take off the yellow colored glasses and see the light
they are obviously trying to overcome the issues with the old shell/dtcc
now b4 you go assuming you know what happened with dtcc and the reasons for the chill, produce some proof for the class here, other than guesswork
cuz frankly i dont see any confirmed proof clearing the air on the dtcc chill, nor do i see any punitive regulatorial action about it. do you?
and that sir appears to be the crux of the anvh problem...so until you can provide something that definitively states, why that chill was placed...I would be carefull.
