I've dealt with the IRS for 20+ years. I actually enjoy working with them because I've become used to their requests. They have a job to do and they do it. As Tex said they follow their procedures, and when you give them satisfactory answers to their questions, they leave. Assuming everything was audited by a quality accounting firm, there should not be any problems because the quality of work done by large accounting firms usually more than meets IRS requirements. Also, since UCAD is audited quarterly and looking to comply with the new regs, I have even more comfort things will go well. We just have to wait.
