This DTC issue has been going on for a couple months now. If CXAC was not in the wrong then why being halted from buying or selling? Obviously this is giving CXAC a bad name and is one of the major reasons the PPS is dropping. Shouldn't CXAC be pushing legal action against DTS for some financial award?

Something tells me there is much more to this that Jorge hasn't told us.
