certain trading houses have decided to suspend trading through THEIR accounts only.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN HALTED.

as i sit here and rationalize it, the common sense approach would be to keep the general public from buying and forcing the company to 'buy back' which would alleviate the fraudulent outstanding.
