okay everybody, has anybody read the complaint word for word? this company is not in trouble. relax people. let the process happen. CXAC has done nothing wrong, they are the victim.

it is my belief that the trade halt is due to the fact that 37% of the outstanding shares in the public market right this minute are there through fraudulent means. something will have to be done to rectify the outstanding.
