FACT: Pip isn't owned by Tom or EDEP. It is owned by another group and it works fine. Tony and Calvin are doing quite well financially due to fields discovered in the past, & recently discovered. It is a sad fact that the EDEP wells were no goes, but many, many of other PIP discovered wells are fine.
These are the facts. Your statement above is either a flat out lie, a refusal to admit the truth, or a blatent attempt at as bad or worse thing than you accuse Tom of.
You wrote: "Why wasn't Mesa even tested?" You're post is as if Tom had anything to do with this. Tom and EDEP are not in charge of the Mesa, and have NO SAY whether to test or not. Even if Tom were to say, "here is all the money for testing, please let me test it" he could not. I will say this in big letters, even though I have told you this before: TOM AND EDEP ARE NOT THE DRILL OPERATORS. EDEP has a limited percentage. It is the drill operator, not Tom, who decided to test and when. During breakfast togehter, I talked with the drill operator about this very subject. It is not high on his priority and his exact words to me were: "Yea, I do need to get to that.... and I will." So get it straight. It is not Tom's call. Its time to quit mis-leading others, as you continue to accuse others of.

Now, get this straight. The above is neither pro or negative concerning Tom. Facts are facts. So don't bother accusing me of being Tom's this or that. I am just straightening out your continual mis-information for the last time.
