tophat, tom's written statements make definite claims that eldorado had control of drilling and testing. Could this explain why he has now deleted all past press releases from the eldorado website?
a quick google search of official edex news releases show why investors would naturally conclude that wildcatter was in the drivers seat.
a few examples:

does this quote from one of the earlier press release indicate control of whats going on?

Top, The dog has only voiced his opinion on what most of us see as a total failure of EDEP! We know where you stand that's for sure. I for one see more truth in the dog's words than those who always back Tom and company. PIP is promoted by this company and that is a fact! Just read the company website. Oh and the great MESA-another huge promotion by yet another pink. These pinks are good at spinning the facts-that is one thing I have learned and learned well. Best of luck to you and your investment in this company-it is getting darker by the month and soon the lights will be out......
