like i said b4. whats there to discuss? the price is still up 400% since the 15-12G came out. they filed with the SEC, changed the nevada sos. you guys seem to forget this is a pink sheet stock, not a big board stock. most of these stocks are scams, pumps and dumps, manipulation. trade it and move on.

i don't see any old shareholders complaining here.
