The naysayers pointed it out because the longs felt they were valuable. Hell, they might even be valuable, but I doubt Urbie & Co. will find anything there. More likely they will sell off percentages of the claims if there ends up being any value.

But obvoiusly the company feels there is value there or they would not have bought them back.

If that is the case, then it was a major f**kup to let them lapse in the first place.
