If you look at the last drops it bounced off the lower BB. That being said it would indicate 0.03 as the bottom.

RSI shows oversold and MFI shows money flow as positive and increasing. Interesting.

So if 0.03 is the bottom we should see a slow climb back up and a pop with the next news.
