Anyways, what about the price of the bio harp
Seeing they didn't actually merge and only bought assets, how much did they pay for it and is it paid in full?
Lets say it started out as a merger, which is what the original PR's stated and Paul and Dr lee sat down and Dr Lee said, we don't want to merge with you because of xxx reason.
Paul could have countered with, we will buy for xxx dolloars, and gave Dr Lee SOME of his money, with a promisary note for the rest in a near future date.
What about that scenario, has there been anything published to say the Bio Harp was paid in full with out loans or promissory notes?
