Great to hear. And yes sir, I have 2 deep fryers, they are good too. Overall, a little bit pricier (when you consider the peanut oil to fill the calderon) and a little more cleanup, but it certainly makes a fine bird too.

Might have to do both this Christmas, I was just told the guest count went up by 8!
