Good evening MBR, We cooked a pot of chili a couple of weeks ago and have been talking about about putting together a big pot of Brunswick Stew. Probably 25 gallons or so. We have smoked some meat this past fall, but just small amounts. I love smoked turkey. We need to do one of those. Have you ever fried one? I really want to try some fried turkey.
