Good Morning Everyone. In my opinion, the real war started when USCA was halted. The market makers knew there was big news (within days) that would be released by both companies and that could very well signal "the beginning of the end" for their stand. The intention was to make sure that that news wasn't released when it was planned because it would severely limit their time and options making it "Ground Zero" so to speak. I sincerely believe that it was the MMs who initiated the sequence of events that led to the halt on USCA. Also, I think we can agree that the MMs already had "plants" lined up for a second wave of assault on the party because, what better way to "seed a black cloud" than to disrupt things where the principles were all together (Roger Glenn saw the writing on the wall and didn't show - he was probably working on his next move). I'm not sure if the irrate lady was working for the MMs or just an extremely lucky break for the MMs by a drunk belligerent shareholder. To say the least, their efforts slowed down the USCA/CMKX train that was about to squash them like bugs on a railroad track. The fact of the matter is it worked to their advantage and bought them some more time and created mass confusion as is evidenced by some posters on this board.

Now here is the hard part: We as shareholders MUST act like responsible individuals as well as collectively. Everyone must remember that absolutely nothing has changed unless you had unrealistic beliefs that you would be rich by 11/30/04. We can only pray that the actions of a few didn't discredit management's view that they have the most loyal shareholders out there and we will continue to patiently wait until the experts work out the roadblocks to success. If we were to do otherwise, this would allow the MMs to win and everything they said would become truth. I apologize in advance for the caps but I must say it....."WE ARE WINNING." If you have gotten yourself into a jam by spending money you could't afford to lose, then you can only blame yourself for "putting all your eggs in one basket." That is just not how the world of business works. You must always have alternatives and EXPECT the UNEXPECTED. There are many posters in this forum that I have developed mush respect for and those that I have not, I hope to develop future fellowships with as we must employ the "UNITED WE STAND" philosophy. To All... Let's put this nonsense behind us!
